By accessing or using Aidetector.services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Aidetector.services provides a SaaS-based platform for writing analysis and content refinement. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform for professional content optimization according to your selected subscription plan.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One Account Per User: Sharing accounts or login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Subscription Plans, Payments & Refunds

  • Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 3-day (72-hour) satisfaction guarantee. If the service does not meet your quality and performance standards, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase, provided you have processed less than 1,000 total words. Once the 1,000-word threshold is reached or 72 hours have passed, no refunds will be issued due to the immediate computational costs and the digital nature of the service.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Usage Limits & Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure system stability and prevent abuse, all plans are subject to the following limits:

  • Request Limits: Based on your tier (Starter, Pro, or Unlimited), word counts per request range from 750 to 3,000 words.
  • The "Unlimited" Fair Usage Policy: The Unlimited plan is designed for high-volume professional refinement and is subject to a Fair Usage Cap of 100,000 words per month. Usage exceeding this is considered "Abnormal Use" and may result in throttled speeds.
  • Automated Use: Using scripts, bots, or scrapers to automate requests is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse Engineer: Attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of our proprietary backend.
  • Resell: Provide "Content Refinement-as-a-Service" using our platform without a commercial license.
  • Deceptive Use: Use the service to misrepresent the origin of content in a way that violates professional ethics or third-party platform policies.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

  • User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text you upload.
  • Our Content: The website design, logo, and proprietary refinement engines are the property of Aidetector.services.
  • AI Output: We do not claim ownership of the refined output. However, we do not guarantee that the output will be copyrightable, as the legal landscape for AI-assisted works varies by jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." While our technology is designed to significantly improve the natural readability and flow of content, we do not guarantee specific results against third-party analysis tools. Writing analysis logic changes constantly, and use of the tool is for the purpose of content enhancement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aidetector.services be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of professional standing or loss of revenue) arising out of your use of the tool. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect a violation of these terms, including but not limited to botting, account sharing, or violating our ethical use guidelines.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. EU Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing a digital subscription and clicking "Get Started" or "Pay," you explicitly request immediate performance of the Service. You acknowledge that by gaining instant access to our digital tools, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal from the contract under EU consumer protection laws.
